Happy Valentine’s Day! Throughout February, I have had some scheduling changes.

Class Additions include:

Saturdays, 1:15pm

From Summer to Fall – Upcoming Class Schedule

Usually the change of seasons represents transformation one’s self. Hot, dry days of summer shift into brightly coloured days. Days meld into nights. As we look towards the coming season, its a great time to reflect. Where are you? Where do you want to be? What journey would you like to take to get there?
